Best thing about the Trans-Am was that A&M supposedly helped him acquire it and SMU agreed to absorb the note on the car as part of the winning bid. Talk about organized cheating!

Yeah, but it was supposedly Texas that killed the SWC according to all these moron A&M and SMU fans...

If they somehow did kill it, it was probably because they got tired of playing against teams that couldn't be on TV anymore (SMU) because of NCAA violations and others who were well on there way to the same violations (aTm and TCU)...

That entire conference was rife with cheating back in the day and everyone knew it...
