Coach Saban just dominated Media Days again.

When this coach speaks it's just different. Always thought-provoking and has a very unquiqe perspective. From why the Sports Science team was so important to BAMA getting over their injury bug to why some players are getting vaccinated or not, to how NIL could affect the comradery in the locker room.
He speaks a different language and his teams are playing a different game.

Actually, it isn't. His perspectives often are tying in with life in general and the guy has mastered his take on human nature. His ability to motivate and take the little things and make them part of a winning culture is second to none. CEOs would be wise to take notes on how he runs his program.

I've always loved the better mousetrap. Guys that have mastered how folks think and why we do the crazy things we do. And then are smart enough they can control a lot of the crazy variables that go with it. These people are few and far between.
