And? The NCAA was fighting a losing battle against NIL lawsuits.There was simply nothing they could do about it AND they were their own worst enemy when they selectively enforced NIL violations (see Johnny Manziel vs Todd Gurley or AJ Green)

The transfer portal is a far bigger issue IMO in CFB along with bloated staffs and even more bloated athletic departments.
