More exposure to NFL scouts, more consistent good development regardless of coaching turnover.

At this point, NFL scouts know what they're getting from a Saban player. They're disciplined, well trained, and driven.

This is what Jim Haslett told me himself when he was coaching/scouting for the Redskins (yes, I said Redskins!)
