So if we’re going by teams, and considering every season of every program has only 1 unique team, wouldn’t every team in history technically be considered a 1-hit wonder under these parameters?

It’s kind of a weird graphic IMO, could have been done better. Including LSU made it odd.

I don't understand what you aren't getting about this. I think you are trying to over analyze this way too much. One hit wonder - team comes from nowhere and has an amazing season, then follows it up with trash.

So Auburn 2010: 2009 - mediocre but trash, 2010 - kick arse, 2011 - trash. That 2010 team was a one hit wonder.

For LSU, I already said you could make the argument they aren't because they were good in 2018.
