A&M now has no need for the game and has immense internal pressure not to renew the rivalry from fans.

So serious question.

Florida and Florida state don’t need each other.

Uga and GT don’t need each other.

USC and Clem don’t need each other.

Kentucky and Louisville don’t need other.

Iowa vs Iowa State don’t need each other.

Yet they all play their ooc, instate rival because they are natural competitors. They care about their fanbases that have “deep, caustic” hate for the other school. ..theywant to play the game… yours doesn’t, as you said)

Why is Texas A &M the outlier, Here? What is this pressure, you speak of?

ETA. And preferably from aggressor and no need to get an answer from:

I want someone level headed to answer this.

Aren’t FSU/UF and USC/Clemson required by their legislatures to play? Not sure about GT/UGA.

But in reality, other than GT, none of them have ever been in the same conference, and have always played OOC. And if it weren’t for the arrogance and condescension of Deloss Dodds, we’d still be playing.

As stated above, it isn’t about “need” it’s about moving on and not wanting to deal with tu.

A&M should have been in the SEC from the get go, and if that were the case this game wouldn’t have succumbed to drama of us leaving the XII.

Because clearly you can tell someone's mental state from plaintext and UBB code.
