Interesting that Ohio only has one out-of-state university tag. I would doubt that gets through their legislature. Ohioans, as a group, hate anything to do with the SEC, they lump us all together. The Columbus media promotes that hate, imo. BTW, I have spent a lot of time in central Ohio.

The USNEWS link provided had the following ranks.

206: MSU
160: Ole Miss
160: Arkie
153: LSU
143: Bama
133: UK
124: Mizzou
112: UT
97: AU
66: TAMU
47: UGA (Hope Scholarships paying off)
30: UF
14: Vandy

These rankings are not completely accurate and different models may give slightly different results based on different criteria. However, they are a data point and good general guide.

Not surprisingly the Mississippi and Arkansas make up the bottom rung.
