Has a school ever had Top 2 and Top 1 class for basketball and football in same calendar year?

Very nice class. It’s looking like there’s a decent chance Auburn adds 2 more guards and a big. For the guards it looks like it could come down to Scoota Henderson (potential reclassification), TyTy Washington, or Pinson from Mizzou. If it’s Henderson and Washington then Auburn should also have close to a top 3 class.

In all seriousness, this doesn't include the portal kids.... Correct? If so congrats... If no.... Who cares???
Not trying to be a pessimist, but the portal has changed so much. Who would have thought we would have lost 80% of our scoring from the year past and picked up portal guys who too us to the Elite 8.
The portal sure balances out the rest...

Florida had the #1 class in 247 in both basketball and football in 2007
it's been rare lately that Duke/Kentucky aren't 1-2 in some order so it hasn't happened often

The portal is one thing, recruiting high school seniors is another. Both will help a program win, but they're not the same thing.
