From what ive seen, it's hard to turn that track speed into football acumen.
Bennie Brazell was extremely fast and got on the field at LSU, but just wasn't able to be a star. Achane is doing both.

I think you're right, but I think it's also clear that Achane is an exception. He's a football playing dude. Vision, tough, not afraid to block. He's special.
Edit: My bad. You gave Achane due credit for looking like he can do it on the field, too. mea culpa.
