THIS! It may take a couple of seasons, but I believe we will see immediate improvement over what we've been used to seeing. Playing calling has got to be better, along with QB development. Not sure how he can make it worse.

Gus was extremely limited on staffing. Appears that few established, good coaches wanted to work for him. That's how you end up with loyal, former players, and not necessarily good coaches. I have no doubt, we will see a much tougher attitude, at the very least.

Pretty sure it’s all about player development since Bama and UGa continue to miraculously get all the top recruits without any scrutiny. Our 3*’s are going to have to out perform the 5*s. I believe that is the reason Harsin was selected. He is used to doing more with less.
