Ironically, it's because Sully's "full story" was being told that the whole brouhaha gained steam. im with you on this. we shouldnt be stopping to take the time to consider every single thing any historical figure ever did in their lives. context matters. i can give a shite about what some putz university dean from 60 years ago who has his name on a building said back in 1922 as a freshman in his dorm room.
