When O took over, LSU had no quarterback or quarterback development, talent along both the offensive and defensive lines had majority decreased, and there were more fullbacks on the roster than scholarship wide receivers.

You consider that good roster management?

To be fair, that sounds appropriate for Les Miles’ style of offense.
