I know the area you are in well. We were down with a agent looking at places and we looked at 10 or so in that area. Love Robinson Preserve too. Cant wait to explore it
I love HOA's.
Especially in Florida. Its a place where you can go to look at a 500K neighborhood and the directions tell you to turn left at the refrigerator in the guys yard then 1/2 mile passed the broken down Fiero. No rhyme or reason to some of the things there. Same in Georgia
We looked in Margaritaville bud decided that a town home was not for us. We want our own private pool and a backyard of our own. We have eliminated that.
When we go to the island, I love to eat at The Feast. One of my favorites. They make some very good Hog Fish there. One of my favs..
We will be down the last week of July for a week then back for 10 days late in August. Staying on the Island. Looking forward to it. We should hook up a for a drink or lunch.. My treat.
