outstanding game by Alabama last night. In total control from the 10 minute mark of the first half.

With that said -- and taking NOTHING away from Alabama -- I think Cal's "one and done" philosophy has finally caught up with them. That team isn't very good at all.

Agree - this is his first team that I watch and just do not see anything there. I'm sure some of these kids will develop into good players (Boston, Jackson), but this team as currently constructed just isn't good. And not in a "they haven't gelled yet" way, just in a "there aren't good pieces here" way. Alabama played the last 10-15 minutes of the game down 3 of our 4 best players and you couldn't tell it at all.

On top of that, Cal's old school bang it inside and shoot mid range jumpers offense is not keeping up with the game.

I spent most of last night's game wondering if Alabama was this good or Kentucky was this bad.

We came into the game with one of our best players out, and lost two of our other best players, and still destroyed them.

I don't see how they managed to hammer Florida in the previous game, but maybe Florida just isn't that good either.

(Or maybe the transitive property is weird and the truth about all of this is somewhere in the middle)
