It really depends on Auburn's expectations. They fired a coach that won an SEC title. If they wanted to hire someone that was better then they have failed. For that amount of money, they should have kept him.

It sounds like they have an AD version of Jeff Long.

Auburn does have higher expectations than one SEC championship 7 seasons ago lol

So have Alabama, Georgia, and LSU all in the last 21 years.

Is a 7 year old SEC championship trophy supposed to make someone coach for life?
