Someone young, but not so young that his resumé is really thin. Like in his late 30s-mid 40s. Stable family situation. Background on offense with at least a couple of years as a playcaller at the P-5/NFL level, ideally having a track record of success with multiple QBs. Strong reputation as a recruiter. Relatively large network of contacts in the coaching community to be able to draw a quality staff from.
