How much has JT Daniels presence given #UGA receivers more chances to make plays?

Only 7.8% of JTD's atts have been inaccurate uncatchable throws (lowest in the #SEC).

Conversely, 48.3% of D'Wan Mathis' (#1) and 24.1% of Stetson Bennett's attempts (#6) were.

Watch our games and this jumps off the screen.

I wish there were an optimal positioning stat for throws where the QB put the ball in the best place for a receiver.

Hey, when we get *our* hands on them, ain't no such thing as a catchable ball.
- UGA receivers more often than we'd care to admit

"Hey... if that ball is thrown close to on target, I'll make sure it isn't"
- Matt Landers

As to your comment, prior to 2020, I'd absolutely agree. This year, we've seen dramatically improved WR play (not remotely surprising given that Monken has been actively coaching them throughout the regular season).

I assume this automatically includes any throws to Matt Landers

D'Wan Mathis was the worst Georgia starting quarterback since Wayne Johnson and only slightly less shitty than Fatone Bauta.

They have looked light years better. Pickens particularly and he looked good at times last season...

Was Wayne Johnson the one who threw the ball up when the clock was expiring and he was supposed to take a knew and GT almost intercepted it??? Wound up at Georgia Southern???
