Not melting, just an observation. Our 2017 and 2018 teams looked like Bama teams when we’d get one opportunity we’d blast a game wide open. The last 2 seasons I’ve watched us constantly let teams back into games and look like Richt teams in terms of being lackadaisical.

Open the Bama game with a Lecounte Int and turn the ball right back over. Go up 14-0 to Florida and give up two quick TDs. Return a kickoff to midfield and have the drive completely stall out and punt. The biggest difference between the last two years of Kirby is we have 0 ability to strangle a team into submission with momentum like we use to. Very disconcerting.

Momentum is a fake concept created by fans to help them craft a narrative.

Momentum is the next play. Always has been.
