The inability of JP to sign a QB that can play at a high level has them treading water...again. You can't continue to send out JG week after week expecting a different result.

It's astounding he's stuck with JG this long. It's clearly against his long term interest. JG must have some compromising information on people at UT.

LSU kicked us in the nuts in the 01 SEC Championship and then this guy left for greener pastures, $$$$$$$$.

Phil mailed it in after his nemesis left.

Jarret Guarantano

Why even bother showing up? Its hopeless. 5th year qb making freshman mistakes and a coach too stubborn to start anyone else. It's like we don't even look like we want to win. Pure apathy and that is sad.
Running the ball or throwing a screen on every critical 3rd down. Getting the ball back with a minutes left before half with 3 timeouts, then running three worthless plays and giving the ball back to Bama with 40 seconds left. Stuff like this just kills a fanbase. Every time we play a decent opponent, we give up.

I don't care if we win, I just want to look competent. Sadly thats way too much to ask these days

He led us to the worst season in school history. Without Dobbs he was exposed and could not recover. The slaw we have on the field right now is from his recruiting class. He had two good classes but attrition ate away at them early (some before their first season even started) and his last two were mediocre as hell. But yeah, we should’ve kept the guy who broke the record of never having gone winless in the SEC.

He absolutely threw away what should’ve been 2 SEC divsion titles with guys like Dobbs, Alvin Kamara and Derek Barnett on the team. He had Dobbs last on the depth chart and AK behind Hurd.

Beating Missouri was better! That was their measuring stick for 2 in row!

It was more that JG managed to play mediocre in those games. That’s all we needed to take care of games we should win. But as he has done every year, he melted yet again. What is maddening is how Pruitt managed the UK game after JG gave away 2 picks. That game still could’ve and should’ve been won with only mediocre play but Maurer was ignored and Bailey got one series when it was far too late.

The only way I could ever see myself feeling sorry for them is if they fire Fulmer and Pruitt together and then the subsequent AD and coaching searches are such unbelievable fiascos that the only people willing to take the jobs are Joe Alleva and Gene Chizik.

I felt badd for Auburn one year then they beat UGA the next season and cure me of it...never again! frick the Vols.

That being said this year is a fiasco anyway...UT is on the right track. Considering where they were???? Far improved. Still a long way off but they are on the correct heading, the bastards.

My questions about Pruitt go a little further than the total mismanagement of the QB position and seemingly lack of talent they've recruited at the position. They have just too much talent on the OL to not overwhelm some teams at the LOS. In this system, they should have high school running backs lining up to play. After year 3 their running backs look mid-tier in talent at best. Where are the Jalen Hurd and Alvin Kamara type of recruits?
