So is this the property cattycornered from the athletic dorm, where we used to tailgate, called 'The Corner', or is it directly across the street from the athletic dorm?

I always did like that open area with the barn. It was like a little of the look of the loveliest village on the plains. But I can see it is prime property near the dorms, the athletic complex and near the soccer fields I think...
