Alabama didn't score more than 66 because they couldn't, because they didn't want to.
Never said they could not. Just said they will not.

I hope you're right...a few years ago we scored 70+ 2 weeks in a row...both those defenses were better than ours now, so don't act like Bama scoring 70 is some kind of outrageous proposition...

Alabama's punter can stay at home this week, he will not get a snap. The question is how many times does the Ole Miss punter see the field? I think Corral is pretty solid but this will literally be the best defense he will see this season. And we saw against Florida, Ole miss has no trouble promoting trash time points and yards....I think Bama covers, 63-31....

The most points Alabama has scored since the beginning of last year was 66.....that was against Western Carolina. After that it was 62....that was against NM State.
Alabama is not scoring 70 points on Saturday with shitty weather. Dramatic much?
The last 3 times we've played Ole Miss we've broken 50 points before the end of the 3rd quarter. Your defense this year is not any better than those 3 were and our offense is every bit as good as those 3 offenses were.
2017: 52-3, 6 minutes in the 3rd
2018: 52-7, 12 minutes in the 3rd
2019: 52-17, 5 minutes in the 3rd
So, we won't score 70, but it will because we choose not to score 70. Just like it was the last 3 years.

I think this will be a ground and pound game, run run and eat clock. Ball control and ball protection in a shitty weather game.

This. Alabama might well score every time they have the ball (and maybe when Ole Miss has it too). Ole Miss will score maybe 50% of the times it has the ball. The only thing that will keep Ole Miss within the spread is the weather.

So, we won't score 70
That was a very long-winded way of saying you agree with me

I'm not convinced that OM has played anyone with an actual defense although UF may develop one as the season progresses they played no defense when y'all played one another. I do think OM can score but I don't think you'll see anything close to the offense you saw prior.
