Do you eat them, and if you do, fried or boiled? I like mine fried & doused with hot sauce. It's gettin bout chitlin cookin time!

There's actually a festival in SC dedicated to chitlins called the Chitlin Strut.

I am white and love Chitlins. There was an old gas station in Union Mississippi that had the best Chitlins on the planet.

Good chitlins are phenomenal. Bad ones wi make you never want to try them again.
