The big ten and the PAC, which always follows them, jumped the gun on this cancellation. The season can be cancelled at any time, if conditions warrant such action. They both cancelled way too early. The big ten did not expect this reaction they have received from their fanbase and their players.

Twitter world has rumors that the big ten would love to reverse course but they would receive even more heat if they did that. So there they sit, they cancelled their season, pissed off their fans and players but they can always blame the SEC.

They honestly thought the held enough clout that the other conferences would follow their lead. When we didn't, their fans and many players revolted and now they're scrambling around trying to look busy gearing up for winter football.
