Fields OSU performance came with better coaching and better OC, even have as much if not more talent than UGA.
Everyone knows CKS can recruit, and design a D with 5 stars everywhere at Bama, but can he be a head coach and learn from his small issues to take the next step.
His partner Muschamp is the same way, can recruit but in 2 P5 stints found out he cant HC.
Dabo got his brains beat in by Spurrier 5 years in a row, had to grow as a coach.
Ed O learned from Ole Miss and USC interim jobs. he had to grow to be successful at LSU, last year was the greatest season I had ever seen.
Alot of similarities between those two.
I think Ryan Day at OSU is set up for an incredible run. He was left in an incredible job, with history and facilities second to none and he setting up to have the greatest recruiting class in history.

I think you are spot on... What separates Day from Meyer is picking his assistants. Everywhere he has coached (pros and college he is liked and well respected. It surely doesn't hurt what he inherited though from Meyer. I may be wrong but I believe he'll only be there for maybe 5 years. The NFL is already in hot pursuit of him.
