You have to admit blaming injuries on conditioning is ridiculous

Especially since most of those casting stones can probably barely bench press 135 lbs

And for what it’s worth- I was in s&c for a bit. Worked with the Gators

Blaming all the injuries on Cochran is definitely ridiculous. I think a lot of folks were getting concerned that we were falling behind in the S&C game, but "he caused the injuries" isn't really part of it.

I do think that we hired 2 guys who specifically have a reputation for work that helps to prevent injuries, but that is a completely different discussion than "Cochran caused the injuries". Proof will be in the pudding though - we'll see.

Eh... only injury I suffered in college definitely happened in Alabama's weight room. 20 years later I still fail to see how clean and jerks were really gonna make me a better 400 IM swimmer. Those guys had no idea what the difference between me and someone who swam the 50 free was, physically speaking. Bigger was always better, regardless of what levels of lactic acid build up you'd encounter. You could tell they were there for football, and football only

Depends on S&C. When Mac was here it was absurdly bad. I highly, highly doubt Scott let Bama get even remotely near that level
