I know that tailgating on campus for game days will not be allowed. If we so choose, will we be allowed to hold relatively small protest and chant slogans against teams that are visiting our campus? And will we be allowed to have devices in the midst of our small protest that emit smoke to keep the mosquitoes at bay while we are protesting?

Asking for a friend.

Well, Byrne attended the rally on campus earlier this year.

Socially distant?

Hands not touching your face/mask?

It all depends on the slogans. Certain ones prevent COVID spread and others exacerbate it. It’s all settled science.
