The programs with more passionate fan bases (Alabama, LSU, OSU football etc... Kentucky and Duke in basketball) will do better with this kind of revenue for players, even not being in major media centers.

Alabama will do quite well with no pro teams.

I feel like Oregon will be a powerhouse with this. Practically unlimited revenue.
