You do realize that most regulations favor the 800 pound gorillas of their industries? Intended or unintended... that is how it always works. Regulations usually hurt more than they help in terms of an equal opportunity for businesses.

Regulations were intended to protect the public... Industries use it to protect them from lawsuits... nothing else.
