Also less than 500. The paid leave aspect of it only actually covers a relatively small % of the population. Better than nothing obviously, and the free testing is encouraging, but it still isn't good enough to keep people from going to work.

I actually stated it wrong on the 50 employees thing. If a business has less than 50, they employees can still get 14 days of paid sick leave, but the business will be reimbursed by the federal government.
