People who can’t accept that their opinion could be or is wrong often accuse others of drinking Kool Aid. A good example is anti Trump fricktards. No matter what the man does they complain. One day he will come out and say he loves to breathe and all of you half wits will hold your breath till you die just to spite him.

Part of it is how many dumb things the man says. Every single press conference. Even when he does good things, he can’t keep his foot out of his mouth.
