Oscar- Texas A&M - perfect. The gay guy.
Toby- Missouri - perfect. The guy no one wants around.
Michael- Tennessee. Butt of everyone’s jokes and doesn’t know it.
Kevin- Arkansas. Overweight & slow.
Creed- Kentucky - He does not fit in.
Phyllis- Alabama. She just looks like an Alabama fan who never went to the school.
Meredith- LSU or UGA - party girl from Party school
Andy - Vandy. All about his school (Colgate) and Andy rhymes with Vandy.
Dwight - Auburn. Foolishly in love with the company/school.
Stanley - Miss State. Has given up on life/sports.
Todd Packer - South Carolina. new guy who acts like he owns the place.

Solid list and my only issue is Tennessee.
I believe Gabe is a better fit because he's always on the outside looking in.

Phylis is from ST. Louis, graduated from UM-St. Louis, and was a st. louis cardinal football cheerleader (trying to find pic).
