Which player rankings are better? For example, I see rivals having Mondon in the 80s and 24/7 has him at 9. That's a pretty big difference I would say.

24/7 composite. It takes all the rankings from all the big services and it averages them out.

I think most people go by the 247 composite or whichever site has UGA commits highest

They all have steered you correctly. The 247 Composite is the best overall. In case you are not familiar with it here is a link. It is easy to get around on the site.
