He's turned us from one of the worst offensive teams in the conference to the 2nd highest scoring team in the nation while having several players out for the season since before game 1, and we're entering the easiest stretch of our season.

Oats has noticeably improved the game of EVERY contributor still there from last year. In the case of several players (Petty in particular), the improvement in extremely noticeable, especially the effort they are individually giving. When the 3 guys on the bench who weren't able to play this year, along with HIS recruits hit the court next year, you'll see what the majority of Tide fans already know what's coming!
