So SoG, this really just measures experience, not quality of experience, right? So if your crappy QB returns that took all your snaps you grade out at 100%. But you still have crap. Or am I missing something?

Yes exactly - theoretically this solely tells you of the snaps played last year, how many of those players will be back on the roster in 2020. I say theoretically because the offensive line thing just doesn't make a lot of sense without an explanation.
