If it was that easy, every OC would cherry pick the best plays and nobody would ever be anything but successful.

Why has he struggled in the NFL, at various coaching positions, if it is so easy to adapt?


ETA You do know what a PGC does, right?

Havent his offenses been in the top 10 basically half the time he's coached?

You do realize he's had more success than not in 15 years in the NFL, right? Otherwise, well, figure it out, he wouldn't have been in the NFL for that long in various high level roles.

It's pretty tough to find many coaches in the NFL that dont have rough seasons here and there. Saban quit the Dolphins because he knew he was about to shite canned the next year. As cut throat as college can be, the NFL will shite you out for being good at your job the majority of the time.

Well aware, wondering if some of the posters in this thread are aware, I tried spelling it out multiple times. What Linehan is coming in here to do is way less than what we asked of Brady, a guy with literally no real coaching experience
