Was recommended by Carrol & has interviewed per the paid sites. Was with him in Seattle for years, including as DC from 15-17, been in Dallas the last few years.

I’m not 100% sure how I feel about this, but would much prefer him to Chiz or someone like that.

He greatly improved the defense in Dallas when he came. He shored up the secondary seemingly over night, and once he took over play calling duties all the sudden we found out we had a pass rush.

Again there is much more to this job then his position at the Cowboys, but he did a great job there.
