Clemson is still livid that they have never been asked to join the Southeastern Conference. They just can't get over the fact that A. Their television footprint is 2 counties in one of the smaller states in the country, and B. They are a horrible cultural fit.
Can you imagine how Clemson would have reacted to Marshall Henderson when LSU's band trolled them into insanity?
Dabo recognized early on what they were and played the role of Joseph Smith to perfection. Clemson truly are the Mormons of college football. Weird little frickers.

You should see the crying, moaning and belly aching over on tigernet about how “poorly” they were treated and how classless LSU fans are. Their fan base absolutely couldn’t handle it.

Clemson would never want to be in this conference.
They have a decade worth of easy wins in the ACC.

If they were in the SEC they would have to buy a building and open an office in Birmingham just to handle the Assistant AD traffic going to see the Commish to complain about every single thing that offended them. "Someone said Damn". "Cowbells are making fun of us being farmers". It would never end.

We walked #### near into a massive tailgate where they were shooting off cannons and fireworks so we stopped and called an uber. In the uber we rode past people shooting off fireworks that were blowing up on top of cars, there were fires in the street, trash everywhere. Those people are straight trash. I've never seen anything like it. Oh and here's a few pics of right out the door of our hotel the next morning

Yep. Being in the ACC has really not worked out well for us.
