Here are some early takeaways:

Only one Bye Week for each team this year

Georgia and Florida each have a bye week before they play each other...so neither team has an advantage.

LSU and Alabama each have a bye week before playing each other.

Ole Miss and aTm each have a bye week before they play each other.

Tennessee, Mississippi State, aTm, each play 2 teams that have bye weeks before facing them.

Alabama plays 3 teams that have bye weeks before facing them.

Auburn, Missouri, Kentucky, Vanderbilt and Arkansas do not play any SEC teams that have a bye week before facing them.

The latest Bye Weeks - 6 SEC teams (Kentucky, Missouri, Alabama, LSU, Ole Miss and aTm) do not have a bye week until October 31st. They play 8 games before their bye.

The Earliest Bye Week - Mississippi State has the earliest Bye week (October 10th) after their 5th game.

I made a thread a few weeks ago about the Ole Miss schedule. Might be the most brutal schedule I've seen in CFB.

This season should be fun with the new shake ups. A&M-Bama late in the season, Auburn-Georgia early.

Looks good. Looking forward to Stoops going in dry on the East this season. Look out Atlanta.

This schedule is stupid and I hope it gets sick and dies.

I mean Baylor, Auburn, LSU, Bama, and Florida in the 1st 7 weeks. Those teams went 69 (nice)-13 and an avg. final ranking of 9 in the polls.

It does get easier on the back end though

LOL at Auburn bitching and moaning about "Amen Corner"

Defending national champion then Alabama with no Alabama A&M, Samford, or Liberty to break it up.
