Definitely not. LSU offered in December. Clemson offered right after y'all won the natty.
Not that it matters. LSU would have needed to offer much sooner to mend the hurt feelings and not on the same day we missed on Akers.

Everybody making this big deal about missing on Etienne. CEH was the fallback plan. I doubt we offer CEH if we get Etienne. Etienne has been the better back until this year. This year and, more importantly, for this game it’s a wash. No harm no foul
