Kid is a possibly a top 5 QB in the country next season, which is better than the 2019 version of Fromm and definitely good enough to win the SEC.
Obviously nothing is set in stone, but you can't judge him only against schools who are more talented than him at every single position.

35 td, 16 interceptions, and 60 pct completion pct is in no way top 5 in the country.
