McGarity has already shot down Tom Mars, who is nothing but an ambulance chasing hack.

We know how little success he had with Justin Fields and Shay Patterson. Both those guys had to sit a year.

Wait a minute...

This is amazing news! I thought for sure he'd go and frankly thought he probably should go given his talent and his circumstances but I'm thrilled he is staying.

Major boom!

Bro leaking a public lawsuit document? You and Tom Mars are both dumb as frick

You are right...I forgot how much publicity there was on the suit when it was filed back in December. It was all over Tigerdroppings.

Publicizing the suit by notifying the press (whether public record, or not) could still constitute retribution for Cade entering the transfer portal. Retribution would could easily constitute a hostile environment....bro.

If the court reads all of the Tenner posts right after Mays committed to UGA, I'm pretty sure they'd declare that as a hostile environment.

There weren't any posts from the UT administration (unlike the leak to the press from UGA) after he committed to UGA. Fans (with the exception of big money boosters) don't have power over players in universities. Staff and administrators, however, do.

What is it about public records that's so difficult for you Tenners to understand? I'm sure that they have courts and law and shite even in Tennessee.

I expect that whatever NFL team drafts him, they will replicate what Tennessee and their doctors did. It's working for them.

I read that he only practiced twice the entire year and still performed well enough to be a first team All SEC lineman

What there says mad, hillbilly. We’re laughing at your bizarre fan base, players and families, and coaches. Aight.

Right but idk if that will cut it in the NFL

also helps that he WAS able to practice for a bit in our system (albeit not Cheney’s) before he stopped, he won’t get the benefit in the league

What about the businesses in Athens that refused to serve the Mays family after the suit was filed.
