Interesting that Alleva think Woodward was stupid enough to hire someone whom he knew - because he talked to his friends in the ACC - was worse than Les Miles. Alleva must really hate Woodward.

Yeah, the shite I've heard from people is the same. Alleva wanted Jimbo and his agent had even communicated what it would take to get him and Alleva was pressured into not spending that kind of money because of the budget optics.

Alleva is the real genius behind this historic season. From slamming the breaks on firing Miles for Jimbo, to telling Herman’s agent verbatim “frick you”, to reading between the lines in The Binder and hiring EdO.
He also hired Will Wade and temporarily hid him from the NCAA/feds to protect him from wade’s rookie mistakes.

I think Woodward had a blank checkbook at A&M and the fanbase/boosters were clear that you guys wanted Jimbo and he made it happen.
As much shite as we give you, I still think it was a good hire and Sumlin left a bigger rebuilding job than people realize. Mond is what is holding you guys back, Jimbo needs his QB.
