I like that the National Championship is later this season

One thing I’ve disliked in the playoff era is only having a week and a couple of days between the semi-final and the title game. I think around two weeks is much more fair to the teams. I guess that’s just the way the calendar fell this year, but I hope it’s that way in the future.
I know we don’t like to wait, but it’s more fair to the teams in terms of time to prepare.

Maybe it isn’t good for ratings, I’m just looking at how it seems to be beneficial to the teams.

They should have kept the NCG where it was and just moved the semis forward a week.
Semis around December 23, NCG 2 weeks later.
