I've never seen a team try less and still win so decidedly. These bowl tie-ins are a disease. Cannot believe that UVA team was in a major conference championship, that's shameful.

That was a shite product. The playoff has ruined these big bowl games. I’ll give ESPN some credit as well.

Before the playoffs. Nobody would dare sit out a BCS Bowl.
I remember being LIT for the Sugar, Fiesta, Rose and Orange bowls.
There was a magic feeling watching your team go 11-2 and finish with a big win in a BCS Bowl.
Now it's playoffs or the teams with decent players all quit.

Yea. It was bland as heck. Never saw our sideline pumped up, no emotion on the field.

You SEC Ranters are delusional...you are how you play on the field. Based on tonight’s product your conference is overrated or the ACC is underrated - pick one and live with it.

Except you know that's not true. If Clemson played UNC on Saturday they'd boat race them by 30+. Unless you truly think Clemson is only a 2 pt conversion better than UNC
Teams have ups and downs. When you have a game that means so little players literally sit the game out that tells you about the team psyche
Virginia super bowl. Florida just kinda meh. CJ Henderson sitting this one out because it doesn't matter.

You’ll never understand, but for the top 4/5 teams in the SEC anything less than the playoff is a bust and guys bound for the NFL sit out. It’s just a higher standard.

UVa is bad at football. It’s no secret. Glad they could ride Perkins and a shite ACC to an Orange Bowl. That is likely their ceiling.
