He wants to sign with his classmates. That he did not sign on the first day means absolutely one thing. It means he wants to sign with his teammates....with whoever the school is.
You conveniently left out the part where he visited LSU after early signing day.

In this class 18 of our 24 commits (some will not be signed) are out of state. That's due to a big national push, but also a weaker in state class. That number would have been even bigger or at least more diverse if Jarrett, Burton and Burch didn't jump last minute.

Burch isn't gone yet. I do think he sticks with SC, but who really knows? That's one of the things that makes recruiting interesting.
Louisiana has a lot of instate football talent, but it is very difficult to do well without going out of state....not just Louisiana, but Georgia, Florida and other states, too.

Jackson Mischamp is now going to be a PWO at UGA instead of Colorado State.
