Alabama went 10-3 in 2010 with arguably their most talented team.

Then followed that by winning back to back titles.

I understand wishful thinking but I also have heard “the run is over” for ten years now after every loss.

CFB has caught up to Saban and Bama. You don't have the talent advantage anymore that you had then. Saban needs a significant talent advantage to win big games now.

If he continues to coach for another 5 years I will be surprised. Nothing left to accomplish and after fits like he threw yesterday, he cant expect to live much longer in this game.

If I were a Bama fan, I wouldn't believe it's over until Saban retires and someone not named Dabo takes his place.

Saban did not have Clemson and Georgia taking away talent from him, or LSU protecting its borders. That advantage is over. He’s done.
