Didn’t read through thread, but, heck, I’ll settle for imagining we had our defense with a Jim Chaney offense - anything other than Schottenheiner 2.0.

Our defensive stats would look even better if it weren’t for Kirby letting Florida score 14 on us in the 4th to run clock. Hell he did it last night with Mizzou, but kept them outta the end zone

I would trade for UGA’s D line (rather have Auburn’s), but no way would I take their DBs over ours. Are you crazy?

Cool. I did say Georgia would take LSU’s offense right? We’ve already established that. The only problem is you are in denial about the defense. LSU scored 23 vs Auburn who’s defense is not quite where Georgia is.

UGA has an elite defense, but their offense plays clock control so the defense is always well rested. The issue with scoring fast, like LSU, means your defense doesn’t get much rest. Can’t be 100% sure, but I’d bet LSU’s defense would look better if they ran a clock control offense.
