Basically paying Saban money for Baylor results.

In fairness he had a losing record through 3 years at Temple before a 10-4 season got him the Baylor job. Definitely is doing a great job there

Same with Fleck. Anybody that can win at Western Michigan and Minnesota is doing something right.
