Not sure this applies here, but I know a lot of State jobs require a search firm be utilized.

Man there are so many experts who think they know everything.... it’s a pipe dream. One coach doesn’t get hired two days after a coach is fired before the entire search committee has even been formed. Not to mention this is the 5th time this year Stoops has been linked to a job. He actually has one already. Use your brains.
