LSU has a split title, and a two L title. No one respects those. UGA has had two better seasons than that.

LSU has the BCS trophy from that year which is what was established as the end all be all title from 2003. just because sports writers in los angeles gave a paper AP "title" to USC doesn't make it real.

Ironic how you say “no one respects those” when Auburn went undefeated, but yet were too pathetic to garner enough respect from the AP and the coaches to even win a share of the national title. Talk about sad.
We won two legitimate titles. In ‘03 we beat what was thought to be “the best team in the history of college football” in OU, and in ‘07, we ran circles around Ohio State. Zero investigations. Zero money was funneled through players’ fathers’ churches!

quote:wow. Haven't heard that stupid comment in about 10 years. USC didn't even play in the game.
LSU has a split title
quote:wow. You're 0-2 itt. Name the team who deserved to be in the title game more than lsu. Lsu was the best team in the country that year. Why didn't you mention s.o.s. and how many ranked teams lsu beat compared to everyone else?
a two L title.
quote:you've polled every person in the world on this topic? That's impressive
No one respects those.
quote:so you drop back to '03 for lsu but only drop back 4 years for uga. Well that makes sense
UGA has had two better seasons than that
